Xfer Data Browser

Browser software is available for a one time license fee of $150 per location, including installation on each computer at the location.

INSTALL THE "BROWSER" - GET TAX MAP PROGRAM & 10 YEARS OF TRANSFERS ON EACH COMPUTER. 10 years of sales transfer data for your subscribed town(s) and the Suffolk County tax maps for all 5 East End towns (111,000 properties) will be installed on each workstation. Locate and print out tax map pages, "zoom in", "box off" and print specific properties. The Browser allows each workstation to search your growing property database by multiple criteria: price range, tax map number, seller, buyer, location, land use code, deed date, and record date.
