With the SRS Stats Program you can choose, display, and print your own charts, showing property sales trends from Suffolk Research Service, Inc. transfer data by the following sorts:

• Town, Village, and Zip Code Location
• Time Period (Annually or monthly from 1991 through 2001)
• Average Price, Median Price, Unit Sales, or Total $ Sales
• Land Use Code (Vacant Land and/or Residential)
